Report illegal content
Last updated: 19 October 2026
1. What you can report
Asqav stores information that its customers send to the service, such as agent names, policy text and the metadata of signed receipts. Some of it can be opened by anyone who has the link, for example a receipt's verification page or a public agent page. If you think something stored on Asqav is illegal, tell us and we will look at it. This includes complaints that content infringes your copyright or trademark.
This page is how we take notices under the EU Digital Services Act (Regulation (EU) 2022/2065). To report a security vulnerability instead, follow the disclosure steps on our Security page.
2. How to send a notice
Email info@asqav.com with the subject line Content notice. We handle notices in English. Please include:
- The exact location of the content: its URL, such as the verification link or the public agent page, or the receipt or agent ID, plus anything else we need to find it.
- Why you believe the content is illegal, in enough detail for us to assess it. Name the law or the right concerned if you can.
- Your name and email address. You may leave them out if your notice concerns the sexual abuse or sexual exploitation of children.
- A statement that you believe in good faith that the information and claims in your notice are accurate and complete.
For a copyright or trademark complaint, also identify the work or the mark, and say whether you own the right or act for the owner.
3. What happens next
- If your notice gives an email address, we confirm that we received it.
- A person reviews every notice. We do not use automated tools to decide on notices.
- We decide without undue delay, then tell you what we decided and how you can contest it.
- If we remove content, restrict access to it or suspend an account, we tell the customer concerned what we did, the facts behind the decision, the law or the part of our Terms of Service it rests on, and how to contest it.
- You or the customer can ask us to look at the decision again by replying to our email. Either of you can also take the matter to court.
- If we come across information suggesting a criminal offence that threatens someone's life or safety, we inform the police or judicial authorities of the countries concerned straight away.
4. Accounts that repeatedly store illegal content
We suspend or close the accounts of customers who repeatedly store illegal content, including repeated infringement of copyrights or trademarks.
5. Contact for authorities and users
Authorities of EU member states, the European Commission and the European Board for Digital Services can reach our single point of contact at info@asqav.com. Customers and other users of the service can use the same address. We correspond in English.
6. Your personal data
We use the details in a notice only to handle it, any review of our decision, and repeat notices about the same content or account. Our Privacy Policy explains how long we keep them and what rights you have.
