AI agents now act on customer data, payments, and infrastructure on their own. Logs alone rarely hold up in a regulatory review or after a serious incident.

Asqav exists to give organizations signed evidence of what their agents did, in a shape a regulator can read on first pass.

What we believe

Signed receipts beat logs. Each action you send to Asqav for signing is signed when it arrives, because a log your own team can edit does not hold up well in a regulator review.

Match the shapes regulators ask for. Audit packs export as reports mapped to EU, US state and US federal rules. Your reviewers still decide whether you comply.

Open standards over private specs. The Compliance Receipts profile is a public IETF Internet-Draft that anyone can implement.

Open where it counts. Source-available client SDK under Elastic License 2.0; open verifier and conformance vectors under Apache-2.0; commercial signing service.

What Asqav is

Asqav is a signing service for AI agent actions plus the tooling around it. Your backend sends each action to the Asqav API when it happens; Asqav seals it into a signed receipt your auditors can verify without trusting your logs. Client SDKs for Python and TypeScript wrap the API. Standalone verifiers and published conformance vectors let anyone check receipts independently. Audit packs bundle receipts into regulator-mapped reports for EU, US state and US federal reviews. A public Internet-Draft documents the wire profile so third parties can implement either side.

How to evaluate Asqav

The shortest evaluation is hands-on. Paste a receipt into the public verifier and read the verdict, including what it marks unsigned. To check the offline story, follow the verify-without-Asqav guide, which uses only the public key directory and the open verifier. Engineers can read the SDK source and the conformance vectors; compliance reviewers can start from the audit pack documentation. Nothing on this page substitutes for that check: the claims here describe shipped behavior, and the code is the final reference.
